About the Blank Screen

Blank Screen fills your whole display with a single solid color so you can use the monitor itself as a tool rather than looking at something on it. The most common reasons people reach for it are spotting screen defects, cleaning a panel, and turning a laptop or second monitor into a soft fill light. Because the entire surface is one uniform color edge to edge, tiny imperfections that hide behind icons, text and wallpaper suddenly become obvious.
