About the Blank Screen

Blank Screen fills your whole display with a single solid color so you can use the monitor itself as a tool rather than looking at something on it. The most common reasons people reach for it are spotting screen defects, cleaning a panel, and turning a laptop or second monitor into a soft fill light. Because the entire surface is one uniform color edge to edge, tiny imperfections that hide behind icons, text and wallpaper suddenly become obvious. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for: you open the page, choose a color, and go full screen.

Use a white blank screen when you want maximum brightness, and switch to black to inspect a dark display or save power. Start by deciding what you are constraining. If you have a fixed number of stations, courts, or breakout rooms, set the number of teams and let the tool figure out how many people land in each.
